About TroysSafes
Real estate built on judgment, not just listings.
We started TroysSafes in 2014 because Winchester buyers and sellers deserved agents who treated a home purchase like the consequential decision it is — not a transaction to rush through.
Our story
Started by an agent who got tired of watching buyers get outmaneuvered.
Elena Marsh spent a decade in commercial development before she founded TroysSafes — frustrated by how often residential buyers were left to interpret comps and contracts on their own. She built the agency around a simple idea: give clients the same rigor institutional buyers get.
Eleven years later, TroysSafes is four agents deep, each specializing in a different pocket of the city — from the converted-factory lofts of Rouss City to the wooded estates above Long Meadow. We stayed intentionally small. Every client works directly with the agent who knows their neighborhood best, not a rotating team.
What guides us
Three things we won't compromise on
Local, always
Every agent lives in the neighborhoods they sell. We walk the blocks, know the schools, and hear about listings before they're public.
Data before opinion
We pull comps, absorption rates, and price trends before we ever suggest a number — to you or to the market.
No pressure, ever
We're paid to advise, not to push. If a home isn't right, we'll tell you before you fall in love with it.
The team
Four agents. One city, deeply known.
